3. Product Nature

• Live fish are biological products and natural variation should be expected
• Colors and appearance may differ due to age, condition, lighting, camera settings, or display screens
• Care after delivery affects outcome and customer responsibility matters

4. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for understanding local import restrictions, receiving deliveries promptly, and following care or acclimation instructions where provided.

Bettavaro may refuse, pause, or cancel an order or reservation where fraud, abuse, pricing mistakes, operational issues, or policy violations are suspected.
